Come meet other Chicago heart families and have an afternoon of fun! Kids will enjoy singing and dancing, playing indoor and outdoor games, crafts, feeding the farm animals, and the balloon release. Complimentary hotdog/chip meal with beverage will be served. Admittance is free but we ask that each family bring a potluck item, ie. side dish or dessert, so that there will be plenty of food for everyone! Please R.S.V.P. by Friday June 14.
